Refund Policy
Real Estate Associates Program & Real Estate Brokers Program:
Cancellations must be received in writing and accompanied by all the course materials in an unused condition. Cancellations must be received prior to Assignment 1, but not later than 30 days from the date of registration. The course fee will be refunded less an administration fee plus GST. There are no deferrals or transfers of registration.
Professional Development:
Cancellations must be received in writing within 30 days of registration in the course. The course fee less an administrative fee plus GST will be refunded. If you have registered through a board rather than AREA, contact that board directly.
