Description
This course introduces strategies for planning and operating an effective and efficient brokerage that complies with the requirements of the Real Estate Act. The intent of this course is to alert brokers to the variety of factors to consider in order to operate a successful brokerage. The factors discussed relate to any real estate brokerage whether it specializes in residential, commercial or rural real estate. This course is one of the five core courses of the Brokers Program.
Courses are available either by distance delivery or in a classroom.

Requirements
If you would like to take the program by distance delivery, you are required to complete and achieve a minimum of 70% on the assignment (one assignment for this course) and exam before writing the Provincial Qualifying Exam (PQE).
If you would like to take the program in a classroom, you are required to complete and achieve a minimum of 70% on the course exam and 75% attendance before writing the PQE.
