AREA offered the online version of REAP Phase 2 until midnight April 30, 2013
RECA launched the Fundamentals of Real Estate online course, which replaces the current Phase 2, on May 1, 2013

Questions regarding the new Fundamentals of Real Estate course should be directed to the Real Estate Council of Alberta at education@reca.ca or 403-228-2954.

For those who registered in AREA's Phase 2: Fundamentals of Real Estate prior to May 1, 2013:

We recommend that you complete the online Phase 2 within six months of registration.

Sections 1-6	4 Assignments* self-study plus Environmental Issues Online Module	16 days full time	3 hours**

*A minimum of 70% is required on assignments to pass.
**A minimum of 70% is required on exams to pass.
